Vinification notes: Soft pressing with fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature in order to preserve the natural scents of grapes. The second fermentation occurs by inoculation of yeasts selected in tanks at pressure and temperature controlled according to the Charmat method

Colour: Bright red Bouquet: Full, with floral notes and perfume of honey

Taste: Fresh and sweet, harmonious with a light aromatic scent of moscato Food pairing: Recommended with fish dishes and desserts

Service temperature: Best served at 6-8°C Alcohol: 10%vol. Pressure: <3,0 atm

Storage Conditions: To store in a cool and dry place, far from direct light

Allergens: The only one declared on label is “contains sulphites”
