Vinification notes: Soft pressing with fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures in order to preserve the natural scents of grapes. The second fermentation occurs by inoculation of selected yeasts in tanks at pressure and temperature controlled according to the Charmat method

Fermentation: Steel tanks at controlled temperature

Colour: Straw yellow with gilded glares; fine and persistent perlage

Bouquet: Elegant and intense with aromatic notes typical of the varieties used Taste: Sweet and fresh with delicious fruit notes

Food pairing: Ideal if served with fruit and fruit salad, also good with dry pastries

Service temperature: Best served at 6-8°C Alcohol: 7% vol. (PP-001) Pressure: <3,5 atm

Storage conditions: To store in a cool and dry place, far from direct light

Allergens: The only allergen declared on label is that “contains sulphites”
