Fermentation: Inoculation with selected yeasts and fermentation at 15°C for about 20 days in
steel tanks under controlled temperature
Colour: Red with violet reflections
Bouquet: Pleasant scent of fruit at medium ripening with red fruits notes
Taste: Swet, velvetly and harmonious with a scent of wild fruit
Food pairing: Suitable for the entire meal. Excellent with sea fruit and fish, cheese and grilled
Service temperature: To serve at 10°-12°C
Alcohol: 8%vol.
Pressure: 2,3 atm (range 1-2,5 atm PP-049)
Storage conditions: To store in a cool and dry place, far from direct light
Allergens: The only one declared on label “contains sulphites”
