Vinification notes: Vinification in red with wort maceration on the skins

Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature

Ageing: In tonneaux of Allier and Troncais for six months

Colour: Deep red with violet reflections

Bouquet: A pleasant scent of fruit at medium ripening with notes of red fruit

Taste: Sensations of vanilla and cherry, with medium heavy, but silky tannins

Food pairing: Good to pair with pasta with meat sauce, soups and pasta with legumes, grilled or roasted lamb, wild boar stew, feathered game in casserole, red roasted meats, hard ripened cheeses

Service Temperature: Best served at 16-18° C

Alcohol: 13, 8% vol.

Storage conditions: To store in a cool and dry place, far from direct light
