Taste: Sensations of vanilla and cherry, with medium heavy, but silky tannins
Food pairing: Good to pair with pasta with meat sauce, soups and pasta with legumes, grilled or roasted lamb, wild boar stew, feathered game in casserole, red roasted meats, hard ripened cheeses
